Our Leadership Team
Founder / Admin / Author
Kathy Dunn
My name is Kathy Dunn. I am the founder and an author at Shepherding All Godâs Creatures blog. SAGC exists to provide Biblical teaching about Godâs love for ALL creation. We hope to bridge the gaps between (a) the animal welfare movement and the church, (b) the church and the Biblical mandate to be good stewards. I came to Christ at age seventeen. I had a profound experience meeting the Lord when the Holy Spirit filled me. I was filled with such joy! It was a mountaintop experience. Like the song, Go Tell It On The Mountain, I wanted to shout out to the world that the God of the Bible is real and He filled me with joy and profoundly changed my life.

Web Designer / Video Producer
Lily Marie
Hey, I’m Lily, a born again Christian, vegan and freelance web designer currently based in Northern California.
The best decision I ever made was coming to Christ, back in July of 2000. A few years after that I felt called to world missions, and I started with an international missions organization called Youth With A Mission. Through my studies with YWAM and being on staff, I spent time in Kona Hawaii, Switzerland, Indonesia, Malaysia, and Mexico.
The second best decision in my life was going vegan, in 2016. This happened after seeing some horrible graphic footage on how animals are treated, and finally coming to the realization that I was paying for that by eating or using animal products.
Social Media Coordinator / Author
Roslyne Smith
Born in the UK, where I live with my husband, we have 2 daughters and 3 grandchildren. Iâm Coordinator of Animal Christian Concern (ACC) and blog at Shepherding All Godâs Creatures; Iâve also been involved in Bible Study Groups, Childrenâs Ministries, Christian Healing Ministry and Animal Blessing Services. I was raised Christian and in 1983, became fully committed to Christ. Totally unaware of the spiritual journey I was about to take, I began to hear through the media about the plight of commercially and legally abused animals in laboratories, factory farms, bloodsports, fur-trade, entertainment etc. This really troubled me, so I joined animal welfare groups and sought out cruelty-free products wherever possible.
Treasurer / E-commerce Creator
Christina Lepre
Iâve always had empathy for animals but didnât begin advocating for them until after March of 2013. That was the month my husband and I watched the documentary Vegucated. It made us realize that it is not only possible to live without eating animals but itâs also healthier to do so. I have since veganized all my familyâs favorite foods and created a family cookbook to be handed down to my 2 sons when they leave the nest.
I was so happy about this revelation and blown away by how easy it is to be vegan, that I wanted to share it with everyone, everywhere, so I started advocating for animals on social media. By 2023 I had learned of many animal advocacy charities and wanted to support them financially but there was only so much I could give. My husband and I decided to create an ecommerce store, Graceful Pause, to sell animal advocacy items and we would donate $3 for each item sold to an animal advocacy charity.
In that same month, my husband stumbled across a request for a Treasurer for Creation Care Church. As an accountant for a local church and now an animal rights advocate, I jumped at the opportunity.
Our Late Friend and Colleague
Timothy J. Verret
Former Newsletter Coordinator / Creative artist, and winner of the Vegan Spirituality Sermon Contest. Timothy will be dearly missed by all of us at Creation Care Church. To watch his memorial video, click here.
After I watched the video âMeet Your Meatâ, I realized I needed to be vegan. I could not believe what I was witnessing. It seemed like hell on earth, watching these nonhuman farm animals going through the most heinous abuses and unspeakable cruelty on factory farms, where 99% of meat consumed by humans come from. It was the most horrible thing I had EVER seen, and I knew I had to do something, and that âsomethingâ was to go vegan.

I am a follower of Jesus who shares my vegan home with my amazing husband and our 3 wonderful kids, as well as 2 rescue dogs and some rescue bunnies and chickens. As a vegan Christian, I often felt like I didnât fit in anywhere, so I was very excited to find Creation Care Church! My dream is to someday have the means to rescue more farm animals or live in a vegan, Christian intentional community.
